THE LUCIA LIGHT EXPERIENCE

Close your eyes. Let the light do the rest.

Some of the most profound stillness I have ever witnessed in this room did not come from my hands. It came from light.

The Lucia Light is an experience unlike anything else I offer. You recline comfortably, close your eyes, and the light is placed a short distance from your face. From the outside, it looks like nothing is happening. Inside, everything is. Colors, patterns, geometry and landscapes rise up from within you, and the thinking mind finally gets to rest.

People often tell me afterward that it felt like a waking dream. Others simply say it was the quietest their mind has been in years.

BEFORE YOU BOOK: The Lucia N°03 uses bright, flickering (stroboscopic) light experienced with the eyes closed. For most people it is deeply relaxing — but flickering light is not safe for everyone. Please read the safety information before booking, and do not book without talking to your doctor first if you have epilepsy or any history of seizures, unexplained blackouts, a family history of photosensitive epilepsy, a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, if you are pregnant, or if you are currently experiencing a severe psychiatric episode.

What happens in a session

We begin the way we always do, with a few private minutes to talk about what you’re carrying and what you’re hoping for. Then you settle onto the table, close your eyes, and I guide the light.

Every journey is different, because the light isn’t telling your brain what to do. It’s opening a space where your own inner landscape can come forward. Two people can sit under the same session and travel somewhere completely different.

Afterward we take time to land. There’s no rush. Many people want to sit quietly for a while, and that’s exactly right.

Who it’s for

People carrying a nervous system that’s been in high gear for too long.

Anyone curious about meditation but frustrated by trying to sit still.

Those working through a season of grief, change or big decisions.

People looking for creative clarity or a fresh perspective.

Anyone simply in need of the deepest rest they can find.

It also pairs beautifully with the energy work you may already be receiving from me. Light opens the door, and energy work walks you through it.

Good to know

I’m a certified Lucia Light practitioner, and the light lives here in my healing space in Corona. You don’t need to go anywhere else, and you won’t be handed off to anyone.

Please let me know before booking if you have a history of seizures, photosensitive epilepsy, or if you’re pregnant, so we can talk through whether this experience is right for you.
