REIKI REGROUP

Every six to eight weeks, we come together and practise.

It started as a way for people I’d certified to keep their hands in. Reiki is a practice, and practices wither in isolation. But it’s grown into something better than that, because people who are simply curious started coming too, and it turns out that a room where the work is actually happening is a far better introduction than anything I could write down.

So: if you’ve trained with me, this is yours. If you’ve trained elsewhere, you’re welcome. And if you’ve never done any of this and just want to see what it looks like, come. Nobody will make you do anything.

What happens

Two hours. We open together, then people pair up and take turns giving and receiving. I move around the room, answer questions, and offer adjustments where they’d help.

If you’re new, you can simply receive. If you’d rather sit and watch the first time, that’s completely fine and more common than you’d think.
