The most efficient way to schedule your first appointment is through our online booking system, which shows real-time availability and allows you to select the service that best meets your needs.

What SHOULD I EXPECT?

  • To receive maximum benefit from your healing session:

    • Complete your intake form (sent via email after booking)

    • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax fully

    • Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before your session

    • Limit caffeine and alcohol on the day of your session

    • Consider your intentions for healing, while staying open to what emerges

    • Allow time afterward for integration rather than rushing to other activities

    • Completed intake form (if not submitted electronically)

    • Water bottle

    • Journal for notes after your session (optional)

    • Any questions you have about the process

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time to settle in, use the restroom if needed, and complete any remaining paperwork. Parking is available on site.

  • Your first session begins with a private conversation about:

    • Your current health and wellbeing concerns

    • What brings you to energy healing

    • Your intentions and questions

    • Brief overview of your health history

    • Explanation of the healing process

    This conversation helps Patty tailor the session to your specific needs and ensures you feel comfortable and informed.

  • For most energy healing sessions:

    • You'll remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a treatment table

    • Soft music may be played to support relaxation

    • Patty will place her hands lightly on or just above different areas of your body

    • You may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, pulsing, or deep relaxation

    • Some clients enter a meditative state or light sleep during treatment

    • The hands-on portion typically lasts 30–45 minutes depending on the service

    Your comfort and boundaries are always respected. You're encouraged to share any needs or questions that arise.

  • After the hands-on portion:

    • You’ll have time to gently return to full awareness

    • Patty will share insights and impressions

    • You can discuss your experience and ask questions

    • You’ll receive recommendations for continuing your healing

    • Follow-up sessions may be suggested based on your unique response

  • After energy healing sessions, clients typically report:

    • Deep relaxation and calm

    • Improved mental clarity

    • Emotional release or lightness

    • Reduced pain or discomfort

    • Increased energy and vitality

    • Insights or new perspectives

    Some may experience temporary intensification of symptoms or emotional release—this is a normal part of the healing process and typically resolves quickly.

  • To support your healing:

    • Drink plenty of water

    • Rest if your body requests it

    • Journal about your experience

    • Notice changes in the hours and days following

    • Practice recommended energy techniques or exercises

    • Honor emotional releases

    • Avoid stressful activities immediately after

  • We accept:

    • Cash

    • Credit/debit cards

    • PayPal

    • Venmo

    Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price.

    We understand emergencies happen—these are reviewed case by case.

  • Patty will recommend a healing plan tailored to you. Common patterns include:

    • Weekly sessions for acute concerns

    • Biweekly sessions for chronic conditions

    • Monthly or quarterly for maintenance and prevention

    • Sessions tied to moon phases or spiritual intention

  • Between sessions, Patty may suggest practices such as:

    • Self-healing techniques

    • Meditation or visualization

    • Journaling prompts

    • Movement or body-awareness exercises

    • Nutrition tips for energy balance

    • Boundary and grounding tools

    • Affirmations and intention setting

  • Consider keeping notes on:

    • Physical and emotional shifts

    • Sleep quality and energy levels

    • Insights and awareness

    • Dreams

    • Questions for future sessions
