As a little girl, I'd pick up on things that others couldn't see or feel. I'd sense when someone was hurting inside, even when they were smiling. I'd know things about people that they'd never told me. For years, I thought everyone experienced the world this way. It wasn't until I got older that I realized these intuitive gifts were something special, and something I was meant to share.

My own healing journey really began in my early twenties when I discovered energy work during a particularly challenging time in my life. The transformation I experienced was so profound that I knew I had to understand how this magic worked. What started as my own search for healing became my life's calling: helping others discover the incredible capacity for healing that lives within each of us.

I'm a Certified Reiki Master-Teacher in the Usui Lineage, but my training goes far beyond just one modality. I've spent decades learning from amazing teachers and exploring different ways to support healing.

You're not broken, and you don't need to be fixed. You have everything you need for healing already inside you. Sometimes you just need someone to help you remember how to access it.

Real healing isn't about putting a band-aid on symptoms. It's about getting to the heart of what's really asking for attention. Maybe that's an old emotional wound that's been affecting your physical health. Maybe it's energy that's been stuck since a difficult time in your life.
