Energy healing is best as a supportive modality, not a replacement for urgent mental health care. How many sessions do I need?
Some clients feel a big shift in 1–3 sessions, especially for situational stress or overwhelm. For chronic anxiety or depression, we may begin with weekly or biweekly sessions before transitioning to monthly support. I’ll always tailor the plan to your needs.

Do I have to talk about past trauma?
No. You’re always in control of how much you share. Energy work can address emotional imprints and patterns without needing to revisit painful memories in detail.

Can teens or kids benefit?
Yes! Sessions are adapted for children and teens, and can be very effective—especially when they’re feeling anxious but can’t fully express it in words. A parent or guardian must consent and be present for minors under 18.

Will this numb my emotions?
Not at all. Energy healing helps you feel your emotions in a safe, balanced way—without becoming overwhelmed. Many clients report feeling more resilient and emotionally clear after sessions.
