This first level of Reiki introduces you to the universal life force energy that makes up our entire existence. Your Reiki attunements will give you access to this energy which you can use to treat yourself, family, friends and pets. The class is a combination of lectures, attunements and meditations. Practice time includes giving and receiving Reiki and energy treatment using all the hand positions plus self -treatment. You will receive a Certificate for this class.
